Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using the applications and website published by Holistcraft ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

The service is a digital product for logging and analyzing strength and calisthenics training, published under the name Azimut. It is designed to work offline; your data is stored on your device.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your own purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the software, except as permitted by applicable law.

Your training data belongs to you. It is stored locally on your device and is not collected by us. You can export it (CSV, JSON backup) or delete it at any time. Our practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

The app may include an optional, one-time "lifetime" purchase that removes advertising. There is no subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); their terms and refund policies apply. Purchases can be restored on your devices. Prices and availability are set by the respective storefront.

Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because digital content is delivered immediately with your consent to immediate performance, this right is generally waived for in-app purchases; refunds are handled by the storefront (Apple or Google) in accordance with its policies.

The free version may display first-party promotional and affiliate banners (including links to partner shops such as Allegro and Amazon). Tapping an affiliate banner opens an external website governed by that partner's own terms and privacy policy. The app does not transmit personal data to these partners, and banners never use your fitness data. You can remove all banners with a one-time "Lifetime Access" purchase.

The service is a training log, not a medical, dietary, or personal-training service. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have any health condition. Use of the service is at your own risk.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from use of the service. Exporting a backup is your responsibility for data you consider important.

The service, including its code, design, and branding ("Holistcraft", "Azimut"), is our property or that of our licensors. Your data remains yours.

You may stop using the service at any time and delete it. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms or misuse. Data stored locally is removed when you delete the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available here.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland.
